Jamie Barnhardt, CEPM, Program Manager
Jamie Barnhardt, CEPM, joined OCM as Program Manager in 2000. He oversees client projects and programs and designs strategies to provide ever-greater value to OCM customers.
Jamie has taken a leadership role in advancing OCM’s unique managed off shoring business model and was responsible for transitioning OCM’s first full turnkey project to China. That project solidified the business model and has created a platform for OCM to further expand its offering.
Jamie is recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal’s Top Forty Under 40 Award (2010). He has diplomas in business administration and project management. He received his certification as an EMS Program Manager from IPC. In his leisure time, Jamie enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey in the winter and baseball in the summer.
