OCM Manufacturing offers a variety of turnkey and partial turnkey electronics assembly services for low- to mid-volume electronics. Our production facility is a high-efficiency shop for circuit board assembly services from board to box.

Printed Circuit Assembly

OCM's manufacturing facility is a one-stop-shop shop for PCB assembly. We are capable of assembling double-sided mixed technology products including:

  • Ultra fine pitch devices (to 16 mil)
  • Discrete packages as small as 0402
  • Device programming
  • Water soluble and no-clean chemistries
  • Ball grid array (BGA) and microBGA
  • Conformal coating
  • Products with lead-free components
  • Comprehensive test services

Full System Assembly
