Product Launch Services

Whether a product is in concept, design, or prototype phases, companies with low- to mid-volume electronics can take advantage of OCM Manufacturing's turnkey services in product design, design prototyping, electronics design, design for manufacture, PCB and system prototyping and electronics test design to help prove their products in the market.

For products expected to generate $100,000 or more in orders per year, OCM provides these introductory contract electronics manufacturing services:

• Design for manufacturing (DFM) - ensuring products are cost-effective to manufacture, assemble and test while maintaining high quality

Concept Development

Design for Manufacture

Having your electronics product design reviewed for manufacturability ensures that it can be cost-effectively manufactured with consistently high levels of quality. OCM's in-house new product introduction (NPI) team provides DFM services that include design for manufacturing, PCB/system assembly, test, servicing and more.

Electronics Prototyping

Until you see, touch and test a prototype of your product design, you won't be certain that it's exactly right. ProtoSnap is our dedicated, rapid prototyping service that provides you with:

Electronics Test Design

To develop a successful product, you must be able to test it. We offer design for test, test planning and test development based on a comprehensive range of technologies located in our facility. Your product can be tested here, using:

• Automated optical inspection (AOI)
• Automated X-ray inspection (AXI)
• In-circuit testing (ICT)
• Automated and semi-automated functional testing
• Environmental stress screening

Our highly automated test capabilities are fast and accurate, giving you the assurance you need at reasonable cost. To ensure that process performance data is captured and quality control plans are adhered to, we use a sophisticated Manufacturing Execution System (eM-Execution).
