OCM Completes Staff Training to IPC-A-610D Workmanship Standards
Company is now fully lead-free ready
OCM Manufacturing today announced that is has completed in-house training on the new workmanship standard, IPC-A-610D. This makes OCM one of the first contract manufacturers in the Ottawa area to be fully lead-free capable.
OCM staff remain current on IPC workmanship standards in part due to the certification of Mr. Sok Pen, Production Supervisor at OCM, as an IPC trainer.
Other of the company’s lead-free preparations have included the procurement and installation of lead-free equipment, process qualifications, and the selection of lead-free materials.
