OCM Manufacturing Receives Ontario Award
OCM Manufacturing has been recognized as a high performance company of long standing by the Province of Ontario.
In March 2009, Minister of Small Business and Consumer Services, Harinder Takhar, visited OCM Manufacturing’s Ottawa headquarters to tour the operation, meet with CEO Michel Jullian, and present the company with the certificate of recognition.

The certificate presented to OCM Manufacturing “salutes the innovative and valuable contributions of high performance companies to Ontario’s continued economic success,” and acknowledges that “OCM has constantly strived for better experiences and results for staff and clients through high-quality processes and products. Your ability to nurture skills and discover more ways to grow is vital in today’s economy.”
Dr. Jullian founded OCM Manufacturing in 1988 and the company has enjoyed sustained growth over the past twenty years. “We are certainly proud to be singled out by the Province of Ontario and we appreciate the recognition,” he said.
OCM Manufacturing specializes in contract electronics manufacturing for low- to mid-volume product lines. The company offers printed circuit board (PCB) assembly and test services with full system assembly and test capabilities and a complete suite of warranty administration, field return servicing and other after market services. OCM is ISO 9001:2000 registered.
