Arlene Sugrue is responsible for identifying and developing new customer business and for maintaining strong customer relationships. With more than 25 years of experience in the high-tech and manufacturing industries, Arlene offers OCM customers extensive product and service knowledge, as well as a thorough understanding of the business of manufacturing.
Prior to OCM, she spent 14 years at Arrow Electronics, where she supported engineers and engineering groups on new design cycles, identified procurement needs and provided supply chain strategies. She has also held roles in purchasing and distribution. Sugrue is working towards certification from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC).
Arlene values time with her family, golfing, reading, and taking long drives in her 350Z Nissan.
